Completing the downstairs is a utility room and a separate WC.

About Dunwood Retreat

Head inside this elegant property and find the pleasant and spacious entrance hallway. A bright and stylish kitchen has plenty of storage and surface space, and the large farmhouse-style dining table provides a space for you all to sit and eat. Completing the downstairs is a utility room and a separate WC. When you are ready to get some much-needed rest, climb the oak staircase to the first floor where you will find the two large bedrooms. The first bedroom has a super-king-size bed that can convert to twins on request, as well as beautiful views and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom hosts twin beds and an en-suite shower room – perfect for little ones. Sit outside in the beautiful south-facing garden and watch the sun rise and set while dining alfresco. The children and dogs of the group will love playing around on the lawn. Parking is available for two cars on the driveway. Set overlooking the meadows, this is a truly secluded spot to enjoy. The charming market town of Leek is 3 miles away where you can find plenty of places to eat and shops to peruse. The fringes of the Peak District National Park are just 10 miles away where you can find walking and cycling routes through beautiful scenery. The National Trust properties of Biddulph Grange Garden (5.5 miles) and Little Moreton Hall (12.5 miles) are both nearby.
