Fields Farm is a grand five-bedroom country house just outside Cheadle in Staffordshire. This spectacular property sleeps 12 and has been renovated to an exceptional standard. The spacious layout includes three separate lounges - perfect for big groups who occasionally need their own space. You'll never hear "I'm bored" here.

Set in peaceful countryside with enclosed gardens, this accommodation delivers proper rural relaxation without being miles from civilisation. The outdoor hot tub is big enough for your whole group - though things might get cosy if all 12 of you try to squeeze in at once! The massive kitchen with both AGA and conventional ovens means cooking for your crew is actually enjoyable rather than a logistical nightmare.

Accommodation is spread across three floors. Ground floor features a kitchen/diner, dining room, lounge with log burner, sitting room, snug, utility room and cloakroom. First floor has a family room (king + single) with private shower, super king bedroom, triple single room and bathroom. Second floor includes a lounge area, king bedroom, double bedroom and shower room.

Alton Towers is just 7.5 miles away (15 minute drive), perfect for thrill-seekers. History buffs can explore Sudbury Hall (18 miles, 30 minutes) or Chatsworth House (25 miles, 40 minutes). The Peak District National Park is right on your doorstep and Dovedale's stepping stones are just 12 miles away (25 minutes).

The house was fantastic, beautiful, very well equipped, spotless, very comfortable, everything we could need for our stay, along with a welcome pack and a delicious home made cake. Our only issue with the house was a hot water problem. The hot tub had a greasy film on it, we couldn't see the bottom of the tub and there was a strong chemical smell, so we weren't confident the water had been changed. Upon reporting it, the owner quickly changed the water. The outside area needs some attention the patio table hadn't been cleaned properly. there wasn't enough comfortable chairs for a party of 11, we found some extra chairs in the garden covered in algae that we cleaned to use. BBQ was rusty. the bench at the side of the hot tub was badly worn & broken resulting in a member of our party getting a splinter. the doorstep into the house from the outside area is missing a piece and is a trip hazard.

Such a gorgeous house and stunning location. The property was well equipped with everything we could have needed and we couldnt have been happier! Perfect house for a Hen party! The only issue we had was that we lost waterwater pressure when all the showers were in use and the upstairs shower could get extremely hot the dial was a little difficult to spin back round.

The house is beautifully presented, comfy beds, drawers and hanging space in every bedroom. Lots of space with 2 living areas, a kitchen with smaller table and breakfast bar along with a massive dining table for all to eat at. The kitchen was brilliantly equipped with lots of options of pots and pans, air fryer, slow cooker, you name it it was already in there! Our only downside was the aga not being on as this made cooking for 11 trickier and as a group of adults we would have loved this. As the kitchen was so well equipped we were able to juggle. The house is in a gorgeous setting, with sheltered hot tub close to the house. It exceeded our expectations and everyone had a great stay. Thank you very much for making it such a welcoming place to come and stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The place is even better in real life than in the photos. The house is very spacious both inside and outside, with plenty of room to relax and enjoy. We especially loved the football area, the hammock with a beautiful and calming view, apple picking, and the BBQ area all of which made our stay so much more enjoyable. The whole house has a modern look and feels very comfortable. Although the beds are a bit small, everything else more than made up for it. Overall, such a relaxing and memorable experience highly recommended.

This is a lovely property, it is as described on the listing. The rooms are lovely and spacious, with a nice modern feel. The bathrooms were clean and fresh looking and again very spacious. The kitchen had sufficient facilities for cooking for a large group and the dining room has plenty of space for the entire group to sit and eat together, which was lovely. The outside area is perfect when the weather is nice, with a hot tub, multiple outside seating areas with lovely views and a nice big lawn area for garden games etc. The hosts were very helpful and friendly and we will definitely look at coming back again at some point.

The house was beautiful. So well thought out with lots of lovely touches. Everything had been thought about and whatever you needed was there. The gardens were wonderful for the children to play and the house provided excellent space for a big family gathering.

Fields farm completely exceeded our expectations. I had seen on a review before I booked our family break birthday celebration, that the pictures as shown on the website do not do this property justice that is absolutely correct ! The property is even more beautiful very comfortable and great for families due to the space both inside and out. It is a fully equipped house and we felt 'at home' immediately. Contact with the owners was really easy too. When I needed to ask a couple of questions before and during our stay, they replied very quickly with the answer. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely girls weekend in the property. The autumn decorations were a lovely touch and the kitchen was well stocked. The space was perfect for getting together and we were just disappointed we weren't staying longer! The bedrooms were so comfortable and little extras like hot tub towels were well received.

We went for a short trip at this fabulous property, all of our young kids absolutely loved the place. It was very roomy, had all of the necessary amenities a really thoughtful touch by the owners. Stayed friday 29thfri 5th april 2024 ruby wedding celebrations We booked Fields farm because it would accommodate our large family, and was ideally located for the activities we had planned. On arrival we were delighted with the very thoughtful welcome pack, and the anniversary card left by the owners. The home made sponge was delicious and the grandkids loved the easter egg hunt which had been set up by the owners and the kids enjoyed the chocolate treats they received during the week. The house and the facilities exceeded our expectations and the family all enjoyed the hot tub. We found everything that was needed to make our stay enjoyable and we would certainly be recommending the property to our family and friends.

I have wrote in the visitors book. All good and will possibly book for next year...Great location.. clean..comfortable ..loved it. Highly recommend staying here..peaceful and quiet.
