We had a great time at Hollydale to celebrate a 40th birthday. There were 7 members of the family with ages ranging from 14 to 77 and there was plenty to keep us all occupied without having to leave the property. Our grandson loved the gaming room. The house was lovely and warm with comfy beds and lots of hot water. We wouldnt hesitate to recommend and hope to return.

Just celebrated my husbands 70th at HollyDale. The party ranged from 5 to 70 years old and there was something for everyone. The sauna and hot tub were a great hit as was the games room. The house was well equipped and a good standard of fixtures and fittings. We had a really good 5 days and I would recommend this property to anyone.

The house we stayed in was amazing. Every room was clean and tidy and decorated lovely for Christmas. My nephew and his girlfriend loved the hot tub an spent ages in the games room playing table tennis. All in all well worth it.

The property was hired with a group of friends as surprise for my husbands 70th birthday. I cannot thank Jenny enough for the balloons, cards and gift she left for my husband, it was a lovely touch. The house is fantastic with a lovely large lounge which like the outside of the house was decorated beautifully for Christmas. The four ensuite bedrooms also had lovely Christmas bedding in situ plus bathrobes. The kitchen was well equipped and there was an abundant of hot water all the time and the property was lovely and warm. Unfortunately due to the wet weather we were not able to use the outside space which looks lovely with quite a few sitting areas. The games room was however well used over the weekend plus the karaoke machine with great hilarity, also the hot tub. There is play area outside for children. Plus there are wallabies, sheep, hens and llamas which were lovey to see within the grounds. Thank you once again Jenny and Scott. We had a lovely long weekend at Hollydale. The facilities were excellent and we all throughly enjoyed ourselves. Plenty of space and something for everyone. We would 100 look to book again in the future.

Fantastic property, we brought 3 generations together for a long weekend, and we chose this property as everyone had their own ensuite, but having the Games Shack was a real bonus for all the family on wet and windy days, as was the hidden snug for the younger ones.
Holly Dale is absolutely stunning accommodation. All furnishings and fittings are to a really high spec with some lovely quirky touches. Really clean and comfortable sofas and beds. The welcome basket was fantastic a great start to our 60th birthday celebrations for one of our party. Great outdoor spaces, hot tub and a sauna. The host were really friendly and welcoming too. Loved the animals, wallaby's, highland cows, sheep, horse, chickens and a peacock too If you are thinking of booking Holly Dale you will not be disappointed! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
We had a fabulous long weekend at Hollydale celebrating our sons 30th birthday and also our twin grandchildrens 1st birthday. The accommodation was ideal for all generations, and stair gates were a welcome surprise. Hollydale was a home from home, comfortable, well equipped and clean. The games room, sauna and hot tube were enjoyed every day. We will definitely be going again.

We stayed here as a family of 5 with ages from 4 41 with a couple of teenagers in between. A couple of friends joined us for the weekend and birthday celebrations too. This house was able to cater for all of us by keeping us entertained in the games room, outdoor areas, parks and also allowed us to all have our personal space with everyone having their own bathroom. We loved our time in HollyDale and used it as a base to visit Alton Towers, the wildlife Park and to go on some lovely walks but in reality, you don't need to leave the grounds. The house was well prepared with everything that you might need and more, we even had a bottle of bubbly on arrival . The weather was amazing during our visit, so spent our time mainly outdoors the outdoor heated seated area was a massive hit for us but I imagine that this house would be incredible during the winter months too. I have recommended HollyDale to friends & family as we cannot speak highly enough of the service we received and the amazing experience we had here overall.

This is a really special place, ideal for family groups. We stayed with our two adult children and respective partners plus labradors Tilly and Katy and had the best time. Although the weather was definitely better at home in the South, it really didn't matter. After spending the morning walking the dogs in beautiful countryside, it was great to come back to a soak in the hot tub or take a sauna, with evenings spent in the fantastic private games room, with pool and darts tournaments proving a family favourite. The house offers plenty of space inside and out and is very well appointed, including the kitchen which facilitated our family 'come dine with me' competition during the week! We cannot recommend HollyDale enough.

Absolutely fantastic property, could not have asked for more. After a day of walking it was lovely to come back and relax in the hot tub and sauna, and finish off in the games room. Beautiful views all around, nice to see the highland cows and the lambs.
Amazing property! We were two families making up 7 people and a dog. We enjoyed the well equipped property with the added bonus of a large games room, hot tub and ample garden space. Located close to the Roaches so great for walking with plenty to see and do close by.

The house itself was immaculate and we didnt want for anything . Each bedroom has its own bathroom which was brilliant . The kitchen had everything you needed. Just an amazing place warm, welcoming and very well equipped. Having the hot tub already heated for our arrival was perfect we wasted no time in enjoying the outside space in the middle of winter! Hollydale is just beautiful in every area. We couldnt of asked for anymore. Everything has been thought of to make it just so special. The owners were very friendly and super heloful. Property was AMAZING! clean, well maintained, great views with all the little luxuries you could want. Hot tub on an evening looking over fields and hills after a day of walking the dog or one of the trails close by. Theres a lake less than 15 mins away with activities like kayaking and paddle boarding, and quaint villages all around to explore. For the kids and the grown up kids there is karaoke, pool, table tennis, darts, and a retro arcade games console. Perhaps you fancy a bbq one evening and sit in the pagoda for a family meal? Maybe you fancy a saunago for it! Close to Alton towers should you want a visit there too. Lots of field space for football, tennis, badminton, frisbee right on your door step. The stay here is worth every penny in my opinion and the owner is super lovely who goes all out to make sure your stay also has the personal touch! I cant recommend this place enough!
We were a group of 7 adults and Hollydale exceeded all our expectations. From the well equipped kitchenutility room to the most comfy beds and powerful showers and every room was spacious and immaculate. It was the perfect place to spend some quality family time, like a home from home. The outdoor heated seating area was so cosy whilst we sat out late into the evening and then the heated games barn which everyone loved! The setting is also beautiful with the views of the countryside from every angle and yet a short drive to some great walks and pubs. This is one of the best places that we have stayed in this country.
Hollydale is exceptional for a holiday break for 8 people. It is in a peaceful location but so near so many wonderful attractions that there is not enough time in 7 days to explore everything. We had a fabulous time and fully recommend it.
Could not fault the property . Every detail was to the highest standard , and every possible requirement thought of . Except to get some more supplies , there was not need to leave the property for the 3 days we were there . This is by far the best rental property we have stayed at. Host was lovely the house was ready earlier so we were able to get in before planned. Place is great, met all our needs. We thoroughly enjoyed it and recommend to others. Location is also beautiful, views from the hot tub are outstanding, close enough to amenities to pop out in the car if you forget something for breakfast etc. Everything is so well thought out inc towels and robes for the hot tub

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at HollyDale. The house was beautiful and the views were gorgeous. We made good use of the sauna, hot tub and games room. This truly is the property that has it all, we wanted for nothing. The family had a wonderful week and so many things to do and lovely places to visit almost on the doorstep. When the weather wasnt so kind we were more than happy to spend the day at Hollydale and were not short of things to keep us entertained. I could not fault this holiday accommodation and the owners were lovely too. Will look forward to a return visit in the future.
Great place to stay, clean, comfortable and very well equipped. Good location, just 3 miles for Leek, so convenient to pop to the shops to stock up when we arrived, but at the same time never too far from all the Peaks has to offer.
