With some countryside views from the first floor, the property also offers a well-equipped kitchen, and a cosy sitting room with gas fire to stay toasty warm after a day of exploration. Outside is a very pretty rear garden with a patio, furniture and a raised lawn to enjoy an evening drink, and there is also a playing field and children's play area backing on to the rear of the property.

Cheddleton is a lovely village to explore, with the Churnet Valley Railway and some stunning walks and cycle trails taking you through the moorlands. Just a short drive away is the market town of Leek, which offers a wide selection of shops, including fascinating antiques emporia, bookshops and galleries, along with a number of restaurants and real ale pubs. A little further on is the fantastic Roaches, which is ideal for walking, climbing and mountain biking, or just as a place where you can admire and take in outstanding views and scenery. Tittesworth Reservoir and visitor centre is just six miles away, and Alton Towers is also within driving distance. This delightful holiday home is an excellent base for exploring all that Staffordshire has to offer.
