We had a wonderful time staying here the property really is in a beautiful place many walks to enjoy we also enjoyed the cafe at the sail club which is a nice little walk from where you stay. We came here to celebrate my husbands 50th birthday I did message to ask if decorations could be arranged to be there when we arrived and it wasn't any trouble at all and it looked fantastic and I cant thank you enough for arranging that it was a real special touch. We was very sad to leave and will definitely be back

The most beautiful property in a peaceful and perfect setting. Immaculately presented with everything you could wish for, spotlessly clean, well equipped, comfortable and warm. We were lucky enough to stay there over Christmas, and the decorations were elegant and beautiful. It was a delight to open our eyes each morning to the beautiful lake and to total tranquillity. The king size bedroom and shower room are just off the hallway as you enter. The lounge, kitchen, double bedroom and 2nd shower room are on the next floor. Each room is tastefully decorated and the ambiance throughout is simply magical. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need including cooker, microwave, double air fryer, dish washer, fridge and coffee machine. The fridge is on the small side with an ice box, but there is a second fridge in the utility room incase you need more space. The gardens are a delight on different levels, with a large hot tub, BBQ and a patio seating area. The Lady of the Lake is one truly classy lady and we can't wait to return.

Absolutely fabulous house on a beautiful location

Wow! What a fabulous and unique property. The location on the lake is absolutely stunning, and the boat house had been very stylishly renovated including a bedroom that you feel like youre sleeping on a galleon. Very well equipped , we wanted for nothing. The hot tub situated in the beautifully landscaped gardens is the cherry on the cake. Lots to do in the area , we will definitely be coming back, thank you .

We had a wonderful stay in this idyllic location. The house was perfect clean, comfortable and wellequipped. There were lots of great walks from the door and we had a good trip up to the amazing Lud's Church. We enjoyed the hot tub and had BBQs in the lovely wooded garden each evening. After all the dry weather the lake level was so low we could walk round the house, which was a surprise at first but meant the kids and dog could muck around on the 'beach' and the wildlife was even closerherons fishing right under the balcony. Only improvement would be easier access to the shore. Highly recommended.

An amazing property very unique. We had the most relaxing week everything we hoped it would be and more we will definitely be coming back With family next time.the gardens hot tub and bbq area are fantastic places to chill out especially with extra utilities area to get changed and store drinks saves the walk back to the lady. My only criticism and its the only one is the ice box in the fridge is not big enough maybe a table top freezer in utility especially if its more than two of you.but thats just nit picking we had a fantastic week

I booked this for my parents and on arrival had a phone call to say it was perfect. A beautiful property with stunning views and total peace. They loved being able to see out from the hot tub and my dad said there were little birds that would sit on the balcony ledge with them for breakfast most mornings and they loved this too. They didnt have a bad word to say about anything. They liked being able to visit the town and would love to come and stay again. Thank you, it was just what they needed!

I have to say, first and foremost, this is a fabulous place to stay. Fantastic views in all directions and excellent amenities available such as the hot tub, pizza oven and outside eating area. The beds were a little too soft for our backs, but it is impossible to cater for all tastes. Two sliding doors were not working properly upon arrival but did not bother us in any way. It was very impressive to see both being fixed on our day of departure. Your maintenance team are very friendly and professional, especially Paul. Very pleased to learn you may have plans to improve access to the shoreline. I throughly enjoyed my stay at The Lady of the Lake and would love to return one day. Many thanks indeed for a marvelous holiday home.

Absolutely magical place, we stayed for our anniversary weekend, and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Definitely has the wow factor. The downstairs bedroom is huge with a massive comfy bed, it overlooks the part of a boathouse that the boat would be stored in and as such is very close to the water so irs almost like sleeping on a boat, if you don't like the sound of water bring earplugs as it can get quite noisy when there's a wind but it's also very therapeutic. The upstairs lounge has amazing views from three sides and you can just sit and stare for hours. The walk around the lake, if done briskly, takes just over two hours and is a nice picturesque walk. There us a cafe just a five minute walk away at the sailing club, if you can drag yourself away from the balcony where we sat watching boats sail past for hours. Would we stay again? YES, in a heartbeat. It's the nicest and most relaxing place we have stayed.

If you are a nature enthusiast, a photographer or love fishing sailing this place is for you. A very relaxing place.

Wow! What an amazing and unique property. Its so peaceful and tranquil fantastic place to relax and enjoy the environment. The communication with the host was great and all needs where cater for they even provide charcoal for the bbq. Would highly recommend this property.
