Old Beams is a traditional stone cottage with modern luxuries in Waterhouses, Peak District. This 7-bedroom property sleeps 14 and sits on the edge of stunning countryside. Located near the Manifold Trail with excellent walking and cycling routes. The Peak District National Park surrounds you with its hills, valleys and spectacular views.

Accommodation includes a four-poster king-size bedroom with en-suite, king-size with roll-top bath en-suite, king-size zip-link (can be twins), double and twin rooms. The huge conservatory with underfloor heating seats all 14 guests comfortably. Kitchen has everything including Range cooker, wine cooler, two fridges and freezers.

Explore Alton Towers (20 minutes away), walk the Manifold Way (10 minutes), visit Tittesworth Reservoir (15 minutes) or explore the market town of Leek (15 minutes). Plenty of excellent pubs within walking distance too!

Being local, we'd been eager to stay here for agesand it definitely didn't disappoint - even more stunning inside than it looks from the outside. We celebrated my 40th with 16 friends, including a private chefand everyone loved how well-equipped and comfy everything was. The hot tub was a hitand making pizzas together was such a fun touch. Quirky, modernand just right for a big group - we'll be back for sure!
